Lorena  is an ecosystem builder and startups program manager with a career dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs, fostering innovation, and connecting startups with investors and corporates across international markets. She holds an academic background focused on business and innovation (International Relations degree and MBA ). She has led  startup programs across US and Europe, coordinating founders, investors, and corporate partners while driving engagement and measurable impact. Previously, she supported an IBM-sponsored accelerator at Village Capital, contributing to startup–corporate matchmaking and performance tracking, and worked with Endeavor to form high-growth entrepreneurship ecosystems.

Shreyas has delved deep into the startup ecosystem to identify and evaluate early-stage startups, sourcing talent through a global founder community. Through HP Tech Ventures, he gained exposure to corporate venture investing and startup evaluation. He is currenty a Strategic Platform Lead at Chimera Community arm, where he grows relationships across the startup ecosystem and operates ambassador program.

Jenna drives ecosystem engagement and event strategy, strengthening the firm’s brand visibility across the startup, tech, and venture capital landscapes. She specializes in the end-to-end execution of high-impact, founder-focused programming, ranging from rigorous pitch workshops to exclusive investor-facing sessions.Working closely with the Partnership, Jenna shapes strategic event flow, audience targeting, and marketing initiatives to ensure strong attendance and engagement. Her operational oversight spans the entire event lifecycle—from researching and engaging early-stage startups and key sponsors to managing seamless day-of logistics and founder communications.
