Most recently, as Senior Director at Zillow Group, he managed large operations teams and was responsible for the $800 million Zillow Premier Agent community. Before Zillow, at Twilio, Hanson served as Head of Global Partner, where he established $100M+ regional sales targets and owned global partner programs that generated over $20 million in new pipeline. His career also includes key roles at SquareTrade (acquired by Allstate), where he managed $100M+ in annual revenue partnerships. Hanson's foundational experience in Investment Banking at Jefferies Group and Citigroup, coupled with his background in management consulting at Accenture.

Chandra is an accomplished Senior Executive, COO, and CTO with over 27 years of transformative leadership in innovation, strategy, and computing and infrastructure. His executive experience includes roles as Chief Technology Officer at Bitfury where he  transformed Custom Silicon for Web 3.0, and a Senior Director during his 13 years at Intel Corporation, where he earned the prestigious 2021 Intel Gordy Award for Excellence in Risk-Taking. He also serves as a Primary Expert for Primary Venture Partners and Board Advisors, guiding entrepreneurs on future-ready strategies. He is also  a pioneer in Custom Silicon ASIC and Accelerator design on advanced process nodes and 2.5D/3D Packaging. As a technologist, he transformed multiple initiatives, generating over $500M in revenue and holding multiple patents in energy-efficient computing and infrastructure. .

Stephanie holds a BS and MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and Stanford University. Stephanie launched her career at Yahoo!. Intrigued by business growth, she joined BCG in Southeast Asia, advising multinational clients on growth strategy, marketing, and organizational management. Returning to the San Francisco Bay Area, she served on the Corporate Strategy team at Intuit, focusing on marketing, pricing, and strategic projects. At Microsoft's Business Planning group, her team launched the company’s first freemium commercial offering, establishing the precedent for the successful model now used by all Microsoft Teams. She has now transitioned to entrepreneurship, founding Rentologie, a sharing economy platform connecting communities for renting everyday goods.
